It all started when their eyes met over a drawn dagger.After meeting as part of a group of adventurers meant to track down the notorious royal assassin, the Shade, Arileas Damaris and Finnean Goldmark begin a life together. After nearly a year, they decide to take a vacation in a coastal town called Arrowmount, where the sea and sun are warm and inviting, and the townsfolk live easy lives.Once there, they fall in love with the place and its people. They travel around the realm staying out of the eyes of King Tenan, doing odd jobs, and, of course, falling in love.
They buy up the local bookstore, Arrowmount Books, and start a new life amidst the sun-soaked cobblestones.But, from water damage and renovations to Finn's Ari and Finn take a leap, putting aside old worries and titles, and extend their vacation indefinitely.
