1. One of the most significant contributions of this volume is the development of a new theoretical model for the study of how persuasive messages can be conveyed through digital games. This theoretical model can identify specific aspects of advergames' persuasiveness that might not be obvious at first glance by giving them order and conferring on them intelligibility. Through this model I have structured important theories from different fields and explained how these theories can be used to convey persuasive messages through digital games. 2. Gaming the Brand suggests a new approach to study how persuasive messages can be conveyed through digital games. It is argued that the study of how persuasive messages can be conveyed through digital games should be addressed by taking into consideration that multiple persuasive dimensions can be used within digital games to persuade players.
